**ABOUT STRATCO**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Stratco are looking for a creative, innovative and professional individual to join our Research & Development team at our head office in Adelaide. You will be involved in:

- Design and development of new products
- Improvement of existing products
- Preparation of technical literature and production drawings
- Fabrication of prototype parts

As a member of the research and development team you will be working with other designers and engineers where you will have the opportunity to contribute to new, creative and clever product ideas. Your role will be diverse and required to liaise regularly with other divisions within the business.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualifications in Industrial Design
- Recent graduate and/or commercial industrial design experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised, disciplined with proven creative problem-solving ability
- Proficient in Autodesk Inventor or other CAD programs
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Competent in the use of general workshop equipment
- Background or understanding of general engineering principles, although not essential, would be beneficial
- An interest in DIY or building and construction would be beneficial
- Ability to plan, prioritise and work to project timelines
