We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team. The Construction Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that construction sites are clean, safe, and free of debris. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive image for our company and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Site Cleaning: Perform cleaning duties to ensure that construction sites are tidy, organized, and free of debris. This includes removing trash, scrap materials, and other waste from the site.

**Safety Compliance**:
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others on the construction site. Report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

**Equipment Maintenance**:
Maintain and clean all cleaning equipment and tools used on the construction site. Report any malfunctioning equipment to management for repair or replacement.

**Material Handling**:
Assist with the movement and organization of construction materials as needed. This may include loading and unloading materials, as well as organizing them in designated areas.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with other members of the construction team to ensure that cleaning duties are completed efficiently and effectively. Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.

**Quality Control**:
Conduct inspections of the construction site to ensure that cleaning standards are met and maintained throughout the project. Address any deficiencies promptly and proactively.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Prior experience in construction cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.

**Physical Fitness**:Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Construction sites can be demanding environments, so a good level of physical fitness is necessary.

**Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Construction cleaning requires precision and thoroughness to ensure that all areas are properly cleaned and maintained.

**Team Player**:Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others to achieve common goals. Good communication skills are essential for coordinating tasks with fellow team members.

**Reliability**: Punctuality and reliability are crucial in this role. The Construction Cleaner must be able to adhere to schedules and deadlines to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Safety Consciousness: Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to construction sites. A commitment to prioritizing safety for oneself and others is essential.

Pay: $22.11 - $39.64 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
