**About the Role**
We’re looking for a proactive, detail oriented team member to join our Brisbane dispensary and help ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of prescriptions to patients.

This is a key operational role that supports the full journey from dispensary script arrival to our patients hands. Working closely with our pharmacists and patient care team, you’ll help create a seamless experience - where patients feel confident, cared for, and supported at every step.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Dispense prescriptions and input patient medical data accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders with care and precision
- Assist pharmacists with stock control, compliance, and administration
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners as needed
- Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory requirements

**We’re looking for**:

- Experience in a dispensary, pharmacy, or customer support setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence with digital systems and inventory platforms
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and accountability
- Interest in medicinal cannabis and progressive healthcare
- Availability to work Saturdays (preferred)
