**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Location: Birtinya, Sunshine Coast, Queensland.**

We are fast becoming one of the top FMCG companies within Australia. Due to rapid transformation of our operations and acceleration of our export/domestic channels, we have created this opportunity for a Logistics Load Planner.

As the Logistics Load Planner will deliver to the operations team an achievable pick/pack schedule while maintaining optimal inventory parameters. This role requires someone with the ability to follow and drive process, establish relationships with broader team members including sales, production planning, shipping and export teams and customer service to effectively plan business volume throughput sustainably.

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**

To be successful, you will bring with you four + years demonstrated logistics experience.

You will also be responsible for:

- Publishing a daily, weekly and monthly load plan for operations to execute on with min load volume that is achievable whilst ensuring business/customers’ needs are fulfilled.
- Multi-facing role, interaction with KGF Logistics and Operations teams. Understanding operations pinch points and work capabilities of operations.
- Finding practical solutions when faced with operational challenges.

It is also critical to the success of this role if you:

- Have the ability to use systems and tools for effective planning
- Experience in analysing situations and execute effective problem solving
- Effective communication to all levels of the business
- The ability to work autonomously and be deadline focused
