Maxima is looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to undertake a 3-year civil construction apprenticeship.

Located in the Eastern suburbs, these full-time opportunities will see you gaining hands-on experience and studying towards a nationally recognised
**Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations **with
***all training time paid for.

**Duties Include**:

- Site preparation and excavation
- Level base and surface materials
- Lay water pipes and drainage structures
- Install safety barriers and traffic management
- Operate plant machinery and use power tools
- Read construction blueprints
- Liaise with site supervisors and labourers

**About You**:

- Driven with a positive attitude
- Enjoy working in an outdoor, team first environment
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and able to move repetitively
- Strong verbal communication skills

**Role Requirements**:

- Provisional or c-class driver’s licence with reliable transport
- Any labouring or industry experience (desirable)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment assessment, including drug and alcohol test
