Position Overview

We are looking for Grade 2 or higher Single Engine Instructors to join our dynamic team at CAE Australia Flight Training. As an instructor, you will play a crucial role in training the next generation of pilots, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed for a successful aviation career.

Qualifications Required
- FIR A Grade 2 Training Endorsement or higher
- Current Flight Instructor Proficiency Check
- _ Night Training Endorsement (FIR NVFR)_
- _ Night VFR Rating (current flight review at night); or_
- _ Command Instrument Rating (current)_
- _ Experience with 1st and 2nd solo authorisation_

Highly Desirable.
- FIR DF (Design Feature Training)
- FIR FIR (Flight Instructor Rating Training)
- FIR IR (Instrument Rating Training)
- Training in G1000 avionics
- Training in C172 airplanes
- Teaching experience with international students
- A passion for instructing, teaching, and sharing knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Personal integrity and a strong ethical mindset
- Accountability and personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing students at the required rate
- Flexibility and an understanding of cultural differences in students
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to working with others in a fast-paced team environment
- A strong desire to continue to learn and develop technical and personal skills
