**In this role, you will**:

- Support children and families during supervised visits
- Transport children safely to and from family time
- Build positive relationships with children and young people
- Encourage safe play and activities that strengthen bonds
- Record observations to help guide future planning

You are ready to develop strong communication and relationship skills, and you’re open to guidance, feedback, and training. You show initiative, but also enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
