**DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS**:
We need Travel Consultant to perform the following duties:
1. Deal with “Umrah & Hajj” Packages from start to end including air tickets, accommodation, guide services, hotel bookings, local transportation etc.,

2. Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations

3. Selling travel tickets and tour packages

4. Provide Hajj Packages every year to Makkah with complete travel and accommodation services

5. Provide Umrah Packages to Makkah and Saudi Arabia every year with efficient services

6. Provide Business and Holiday Packages with suitable discounts

7. Taking part in familiarisation visits to new destinations in order to gain information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers

8. Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance

9. Cash handling, key holding, data entry & retrieval, managing budgets, maintaining records and producing financial reports.

10. Selling holiday packages and insurance.

11. Assist in Visit Visa Applications

Education: Certificate II or III or any relevant trainings or courses

Australian Experience: At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR

Overseas Experience: At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience

Specialist: Hajj Packages & Umrah Packages

Work Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
