Café Manager

As the Cafe Manager at Kooco Espresso Bar & Kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cafe operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, efficient daily management, and maintaining the cafe's high standards. Your expertise in coffee preparation, knowledge of KPIs, and proficiency in cafe operations will play a critical role in driving the cafe's success. You'll lead a talented team, manage inventory, foster a positive work environment, and drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, inspire, and mentor the cafe team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the cafe's values and culture.
- Utilize your coffee expertise to prepare high-quality coffee and uphold the cafe's coffee standards.
- Manage day-to-day cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests, creating memorable experiences that keep them coming back.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and cost management to ensure optimal profitability.
- Implement and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the cafe's offerings and events.
- Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Handle customer feedback, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with guests.
- Report to and collaborate with senior management on business performance, goals, and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous minimum 1 years experience in cafe or restaurant management is essential.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the team.
- Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques is a must.
- Proven experience in effective cafe operations, including staff management and resource allocation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Proficient in using technology for inventory management and point-of-sale systems.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
