Reception/showroom Sales Consultant

The role reports to the State Sales Manager (VIC) and will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Be a frontline Ambassador for Nikpol by providing exceptional Sales and Customer Service skills
- Provide advice and support to all visitors to the Nikpol showroom
- Provide quotes, follow up and after sales care
- Maintain and build on the existing account customer base
- Respond to all inbound calls and redirect in a timely manner
- Address customer enquiries and ensure all customer concerns are dealt with tactfully and resolved quickly
- Administrative tasks associated with visitors to the company
- Maintain the cleanliness and quality of the showroom displays
- General administrative tasks, including weekly banking & weekly postage

Extensive TRAINING will be provided to the successful applicant allowing you to become proficient in products and procedures.
