Life Care’s Norman House is a beautifully restored 4-bedroom home, set in beautifully maintained gardens in Everard Park providing quality overnight and day respite services.

Norman House has been designed to reflect our desire to create a home-like environment that is welcoming, fun and vibrant focusing on a high quality of life and our commitment to provide opportunities to ‘Live Every Day’.

As the Team Leader - Norman House you are responsible for managing a team of professionals to assist consumers to achieve their maximum degree of independence and actively create and promote an environment that will enhance each persons ability to Live Every Day. We are looking for a suitably qualified person who:

- have experience supporting people who are living with Dementia
- actively promote an environment that will enhance each person’s life experience
- work with and lead the team to create a positive, friendly and happy environment for our guests and each other
- engage with our guests in meaningful ways to "make their day"
- work respectfully with each individual who is in need of support
- work in a safe manner, contributing to our safety culture and positive work environment
- demonstrate reliability and a commitment to Life Care and our values.
- Relevant qualification in the human or behavioural sciences, aged care or community services fields or lifestyle and leisure.
- Experience in the leadership of frontline employees within a comparable environment (desirable)
- Experience working with people who are living with Dementia
- Current Flu Vaccination
- COVID-19 Vaccinations or willingness to obtain
- First Aid and CPR
