Our client is seeking a **Senior Policy Analyst** to work as the **Assistant Director of Pricing Policy** within their Economic and Pricing Branch.

This position presents a unique opportunity for you to contribute to the long-term direction of the disability support market and make a significant positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.

**Role Description**:
As a Senior Policy Analyst in the Pricing Policy Unit, you will hold a critical role in the development and implementation of pricing policies that shape the disability support sector. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive analysis, engaging with stakeholders, and formulating evidence-based policy recommendations. In addition, you will provide oversight for key projects, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate your ability to adapt swiftly to changing environments, effectively navigating through ambiguity with your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Provide project management oversight, ensuring the successful development and completion of key projects within established timelines and uncompromising quality standards.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, skillfully navigating complex relationships to achieve desired outcomes and maintain productive partnerships.
- Utilise your exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex and sensitive issues to diverse audiences through concise and impactful reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated track record of utilising strong analytical skills to synthesise complex information, enabling evidence-based decision-making.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments, displaying agility in adapting to change, and leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate through ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying complex, technical, and sensitive issues to diverse audiences.
- Extensive experience in project management, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of key projects with a focus on exceptional outcomes.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and achieving desired outcomes.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, fostering work priorities, enhancing team capability, and cultivating a positive work culture.
