**About the Client and Role**

**Experience**
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies including Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS web server, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Exchange, and Remote Desktop Services.
- Maintains Core System hardware and software, running on IBM AIX servers and Universe Database.
- Extensive knowledge of networking technologies such as DNS, DHCP, SSH, SSL/TLS certificates, VLANs, IP Routing, and Wireless networking
- Working knowledge of VMWare virtualization platform.
- Working knowledge of Cisco networking (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Working knowledge of McAfee Endpoint Security platform
- Experience with Microsoft SQL server and database
- Experience with project management, reporting and documentation
- Manage and deploy upgrades, patches and security fixes for software packages and operating systems;
- Refers major problems to vendors or service providers for correction.
- Assists in computer operation scheduling, storage, retrieval functions and ensures backup procedures are stringently followed.
- Assists in maintaining and testing software upgrades and disaster recovery plans;
- Manages out-of-hours problem resolution expeditiously to ensure a minimum of system downtime.
- Establishes and maintain effective information systems reporting procedures for all area of critical performance
- Regularly review all operations and systems and methods to identify possibilities for improvement.
- Ensures that adequate backup procedures, including off-site storage, are in place across all System computing platforms
- Ensures that company policies on the implementation of new or modified software are adhered to.
- Reviews maintains and keeps current, Cyber Risk and Data Risk Policies.
- Provides updates, reports and statistical information to Executive Management.
