We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced and energetic Supervisor - Electrical to join our growing long-term program of works within the QLD Utilities division. You will be joining an experienced and focused delivery team on a diverse range of multidisciplined projects within the Gold Coast region.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Plan, schedule and monitor EIC activities, ensuring we meet project milestones- Ensuring work is carried out safely, in compliance with safety standards and relevant legislation- Collaborating with project engineers/managers, civil/ mechanical/ electrical disciplines- Conduct inspections, testing and support commissioning activities of electrical and control systems- Conduct Toolbox talks and prestart meetings- Scheduling plant and equipment as required and working closely with other divisions to ensure efficient allocation.
How you'll connect to the role:
- Ideally you will have an appropriate trade certificate (or equivalent)- Experience as a field Electrical Supervisor working on waster, waste-water projects- Proven commitment to leading safety, quality and environmental compliance on site- Strong people management skills, the ability to develop effective teams- A sound understanding of industrial construction methodologies and standards- Strong management capabilities with the ability to lead from the front (both subcontractors and self-perform staff)- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
