Join the team at Oaks Brisbane Charlotte Suites as a Maintenance Officer.
You will have the opportunity to work across 8 different hotels in Brisbane CBD and develop your skill set. This role has the chance to grow into a facility management role.

Hourly Rate: $29.40 - $32.89
Full-time positions across Monday - Friday.
No after-hours call-outs.

**About the role**:

- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules

Facilties at Oaks Charlotte include, one and two-bedroom, self-contained apartments, 25m swimming pool and suna, gymnasium, and a BBQ area.

**Qualifications**:
**Successful applicants will have**:

- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
- A passion for delivering exceptional service;
- Strong time management skills;
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications.
