**Job Title**: Mechanical Tradesmen, Fitters, Boilermakers, Welders

**Job Summary**:
Our client, based in the Maitland area, is looking for skilled and experienced Mechanical Tradesmen, Fitters, Boilermakers, and Welders to join their team, in the conveyor-related services to the Mining, Quarrying & Construction industries across New South Wales.

**Responsibilities**:
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Install and maintain mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery, including conveyor systems, pumps, and motors.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems and defects.
Fabricate and assemble structural metal products, including frames, scaffolding, and supports.
Cut, weld, and braze metal parts using welding and flame-cutting equipment.
Repair and maintain mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Use hand and power tools to make precision cuts, measurements, and adjustments.

**Requirements**:
Trade certificate in Mechanical Fitting, Boilermaking, Welding or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Mechanical Tradesman, Fitter, Boilermaker, or Welder.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be physically fit and able to work in various environments (e.g. heights, confined spaces).

**Desirable Skills**:
Conveyor Belt Cleaners, Pulleys, Gearboxes & Bearing Experience
