**Rostering Lead - Full Time**

Co.As.It. Community Services is a well established charitable organization within the aged care, NDIS and community services industry that offers a range of services and programs that meet the diverse needs of its clients, including those from CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) backgrounds in both the Brisbane and South Coast areas.

**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic **Rostering Lead**to lead a high-performance team with daily rostering of care staff, ensuring smooth client delivery of client services which align with client care plans. This is a key role in driving operational efficiency and assisting with delivering exceptional services.
- Responsibilities:_
- Oversee a high volume of daily rosters for care staff, ensuring client service shifts are delivered with mínimal disruption and according to clients' care plans.
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day team tasks, promoting efficiencies to support the team to respond and action service requests quickly.
- Respond promptly to roster-related queries, including addressing and strategising solutions for unallocated shifts promptly.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship between the rostering team and program Coordinators to meet client needs.
- Work closely with management to optimise rostering processes, ensuring every shift is effectively staff, cost-efficient and compliant with employment terms/regulations.
- Implement improvements to enhance team efficiencies and align with organisational goals
- Conduct workforce projections and collaborate with Operations Manager and Recruitment to forecast staffing needs based on service demand.
- Ensure care staff are rostered according to employment terms and the SCHADS award.
- Resolve complex issues and make informed decisions to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high performance standards within the team, driving excellence across all rostering processes.
- Manage performance when required and promote professional growth and improvement
- Completed other related administration duties to meet the requirements of the position

**About you**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role supervising and leading a team
- Experience in the aged care industry or community services
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Advanced organisational / time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Experience in leading and driving team success
- Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment and work exceptionally well under pressure and within time restraints.
- Proven excellent client service manner.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Skilled communicator
- Problem solver with good negotiation skills.
- Have a police certificate issued by the Australian Federal Police
- COVID-19 vaccination is recommended
- Able to work in Australia without restrictions
- Ability to communicate in another language is highly regarded

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
