**About the role**

As a Pre-Analytical Supervisor in Specimen Reception Area, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of this critical service. Acting as part of the leadership team, you will oversee the allocation of work, supervise staff, and monitor the timely processing of pathology requests.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting operational issues, actively participating in the day-to-day running of the area, and providing staff feedback on performance against Key Performance Indicators. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving excellence in service delivery and team performance.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working With Children Check (DHS)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
