Reporting to the Area Manager, the Concession Manager is responsible for inspiring, leading and coaching a high performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, a profitable concession store and a safe workplace. You will be the point of contact in the store for expert advice on product knowledge, sales techniques, escalated issues and customer service.

The Opportunity:

- Drive an exceptional customer experience within the concession. Be the reason the customer returns to us because you and your team consistently exceed their expectations.
- Utilise tools available to keep yourself up to date with the latest products so you can share that knowledge with your team and your customer.
- Drive sales, profit and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all targets as set by the business
- Through effective coaching, ensure your team understand their role to play in contributing to a successful concession, with a clear focus on customer experience and operational excellence
- Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training and development
- Build and maintain your concession roster, ensuring the roster balances the needs of the customer and team
- Work collaboratively with other concession, floor managers and cluster managers

- Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality or similar business
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports and generate efficient rosters
- Experience managing the performance, productivity, training and development of a team
- Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
