**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for the reprocessing of Reusable Medical Devices
- Understand and maintain sterilizing principles and practices as per AS4187
- Maintains a customer focus and professional presence within the Sterilising Department
- Acknowledges and supports the management team in implementing change.
- Prioritizes and plans workload according to needs of the department

**Skills and experience**
- Previous or current Instrument Technician experience (desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrate a high-level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuing personal and professional development.
- Demonstrated flexibility in work locations as we provide sterilizing services for an offsite dental clinic
- Ability to work morning/afternoon/weekend shifts at short notice
