**The Role**:
Best&Less has an opportunity for a Casual Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Maddington, WA store.
As an integral member of the Maddington ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**Your day will consist of**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude - we can teach the rest
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Flexible to work weekends and after school shifts on a needs basis
- Desire to develop your career in retail
