**What You’ll Do**:

- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess children’s development, ensuring they reach their milestones.
- Foster a love of learning through play and exploration.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators
- Lead and develop the team alongside of the director to deliver a high-quality programs for the children
- On-site managerial training, including completing and learning about Director roles and responsibilities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A valid Childcare Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for working with children aged 3-5 Years
- Excellent communication skills and a nurturing attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
