Event Vehicle Specialist

The Event Vehicle Specialist works with the State (and sometimes national) Marketing & Sales teams to build and execute an exciting Red Bull Event Vehicle (EV) program which is built to engage with local consumers to drive Brand and Can love. The ideation, planning, execution and reporting of the EV program and all related activities are in the realm of the Event Vehicle Specialist. While working at different events, connecting with local communities, and supporting different venues/outlets, you will be responsible for supporting the state sales & marketing team in ensuring executional excellence. Finding new opportunities to drive trial. Also, providing feedback on venue/outlet execution and supporting event operations.

**MANAGE AN EXCITING CONSUMER FACING EVENT VEHICLE PROGRAM**:
Work cross-functionally to support a variety of Red Bull events with the event vehicle, and plan and report on the success within a timely manner.

Work cross-functionally to identify new opportunities to use the EV, supporting business functions and aligning with state & national strategic focuses.

Support a variety of 3rd party events with the EV, from planning and liaising with organisers through to being at the event as support from the brand.

Keep the can at the heart of the EV program, always having cold cans at arms reach.

Create an exciting social following for the EV, planning and capturing local images, stories and activities to tell the story of the EV on our social channels.

Strong stakeholder management to maintain and improve relationships across all marketing and sale activities.

Work with the field marketing team to identify and build relationships with key grassroots communities & opportunities for the EV program.

**MARKETING INNOVATION WITH EVENT VEHICLE PROGRAM**:
Within the framework of the Sales & Marketing plans for the state, find new opportunities to excite our consumers using the EV whether that be new networks, new events, or new scenes with a focus on appealing to 18-24 years old’s, in our focus occasions/audiences.

Be creative and innovative with the EV in order to spot opportunities, proactively work with your cross-functional counterparts to realise these where they fit with state strategy.

Work with cross-functional teams on new ideas to surprise our consumers with the EV (e.g. Athlete projects) and create great Instagram-able moments.

Work on commercializing the EV program through smart partnerships.

**MAINTAIN VEHICLE OPERATIONS**:
Manage service schedules for EV ensuring all staff that operate vehicles have completed the necessary training.

Conduct regular vehicle audits to proactively identify & rectify required repairs or servicing needs.

Source a variety of DJs who can be used on a contractor basis for vehicle operations when needed.

Update State Marketing Planner to give a transparent annual overview of all events & EV commitments for the state to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Timely and exciting planning and reporting to keep the program top of mind for internal stakeholders.

Work with other EV Specialists to share successes and drive the overall program forward.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Studying towards or already completed an Undergraduate Degree
- Must have a clean driver’s license (manual preferred).
- Exceptional organisation, time management and people management skills.
- Sound judgment and decision making along with strong attention to details.
- Comfortable with manual handling and the use of computer and IT programs such as microsoft office.
- DJ experience (comfortable using CDJ 900/2000s & DJM 800 Mixer) & technical AV knowledge.
