Field Maintenance Representative

To continue our constant growth we have a full time field position available based in the Peel region south of Perth as well as assisting in our Malaga warehouse 1 day per week. The stores you will manage are all south of Perth so living in the southern region is essential.

**The Role**

We require an enthusiastic Field Maintenance person to service our existing client base. This is a full time role and will entail you being on the road on a daily basis as well as assisting in our warehouse.

The role will include:

- Carrying out service and repair work on our machines & equipment in a professional and responsible manner using a fully equipped van
- Full training provided on our equipment
- Assisting with freight dispatch and machine repairs at our Malaga warehouse 1 day per week.
- Develop & manage existing & new business relationships
- Merchandising & sales in stores
- Effectively prioritize work load and attend calls within required intervals via Ipad
- Working closely with internal team members to assist in the role

**Skills & experience**

This is an autonomous role where you will effectively be self managed. We need you to be a self motivated mature individual.
- Territory experience would be good but not mandatory
- Strong diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience maintaining small business equipment would assist with this role but proven handyman skills are a requirement.
- Must be physically fit
- Warehouse experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer service focus
- Full Australian driving licence
- National Police certificate
- Computer skills essential as using an Ipad daily
- Proven ability to work unsupervised
- Self-starter who uses own initiative & enjoys working autonomously
