Soul Origin, City Cross is seeking a enthusiastic, motivated and customer focused KITCHEN HAND to become part of their team on a casual basis.

Do you love working with **fresh ingredients** to make **delicious, well-presented food**? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work **early**? Then the Kitchen Hand role at Soul Origin is for you To be successful in this role you will have:

- Availability to commence work from 6am, working across weekends, public holidays and some weekdays
- Minimum of 2 years commercial kitchen experience
- Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
- Strong work ethic and flexibility to work alone or as part of a small team
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- A flexible approach to work - when you’re not preparing fresh food, you’ll be helping with stock take, opening / closing the store and general cleaning duties

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
