**Key focus areas**:
The Diversity Teacher will fit the following criteria:
- Demonstrated understanding of a case management approach to support the learning and wellbeing needs of identified students.
- Understanding of NCCD and Personalised Planning Processes for students with a disability.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including, parents and families, allied health professionals and classroom teachers.
- Excellent communication skills in working with a range of audiences.
- Recent experience as a highly competent classroom teacher.
- Experience implementing evidence based interventions such as TheMacqlit Reading Intervention Program would be a distinct advantage
