Online Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales target
- Assist with building B2B portal and on-boarding customers
- Building distribution and new business opportunities through growing our brands
- Develop promotion strategies and complement EDM marketing
- Developing and expanding potential customers across Pharmacy and some specialty retail inline with our purpose, values, business objectives and sales budget
- Developing and implementing successful sales strategies in relation to customer relationships, product distribution and other marketing support activities
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Working with Marketing Team to ensure promotional campaigns are scheduled and deliveredwith optimum results
- Dealing with couriers and outgoing/ incoming delivery enquiries
- Activating initiatives and promotions to build brand presence and maximize brand awareness
- Regular analysis of National and State sales data, competitor activities, identification ofpotential issues and opportunities and implementation of action steps as required
- Contributing to monthly reports, forecasting, calendar collaboration, & other business report requirements as needed

**Critical skills to the role**:

- At least 1 year relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese skills
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills
- A willingness to grow and develop with the role

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
