Essie is on the lookout for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual who loves wine, food and all things hospitality. We currently have casual, part time and full time positions available:
Whilst working with us you will:

- Work with like-minded people, gaining hands on training in both wine and food, whilst strengthening service skills,
- Work with an ever-changing wine list of over 250+ bottles and a rotating pouring list of 20+ wines.
- WSET and other online courses offered as part of employment.
- Great Pay - Permanent Part Time, Food & Beverage Attendant Level 3, including all leave, loading and penalty rates.
- Work with a company that values it's people and invests in them for the future as our team and offering grows.

Who We are:
Essie is a neighborhood wine bar with a focus on delivering exceptional food and wine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We adapt a sustainable and ethical approach to both our wine and food menus with our wines focusing on mínimal intervention and lo-fi practices. Our food menu changes seasonally and is based on product availability.

We have current positions for causal or part time work looking to start immediately. What we are looking for is:

- General experience working in a busy, fast paced venue.
- Understanding of workflow and dealing with a range of customers.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
- Ideally, but not essential to have drank or dined with us.
- Autonomy and confidence.
