**The Opportunity**

The primary focus is to match colours and maintain point of sale tint formulations. This includes colour formula matches and maintenance for Dulux Protective Coatings company brands as well as maintenance of competitor colour offerings. You will be providing colour support to internal R&D, Marketing, Customer Service and Sales staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining our existing colour formulations across AUS for all Protective Coatings company and competitor brands.
- Ensuring accurate colour matches are delivered within timeframe according to business and market expectations
- Creating new colour formulations for point of sale
- Respond to customer complaints on colour issues in an accurate and timely manner.

**What you will bring and develop**

We will be providing training to the successful applicant on using our colour matching software, but any experience in colour matching, especially on Protective Coatings would be highly advantageous. Along with your colour perception and matching ability, you will ideally bring to this role:

- Your ability to quickly develop an understanding of company colour systems and product ranges
- Your customer first mindset
- Any colour related coatings industry experience would be highly regarded
- Good computer skills using MS package
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
