**Position: Sushi Maker**

**Location; Chatswood**

**Job Duties**:

- Preparation of sushi, sashimi and wagyu beef
- Preparation of other food (Cut vegetables and meat, Deep fries)
- Serve orders
- Kitchen and plates cleaning
- Customer services when needed

**Requirements**:

- May able to make nigiri and sushi rolls
- Have professional knife skills to be able to proficiently prepare fish, sashimi and wagyu beef
- Pay attention to details and strictly follow work procedures
- Be able to work independently and show responsibility
- Pass reference checks when requested
- Prefer Full Time but minimum 4 days per week available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
