Barista / Supervisor

**Duties include**:

- Inspiring and developing a team that delivers exceptional customer service.
- Daily set up and/or pack down of the café
- Stock Management
- Cash Management
- Tracking store productivity and working proactively in ensuring smooth day to day operations
- WH&S Compliance and maintaining a safe & clean environment for everyone
- **Lead from the front and by example**

**What you need to be successful?**
- Food Safety Supervisor Currency
- Flexibility to work on weekends & 5 am starts.
- Must have working rights in Australia

**This role will be requested to cover both sutherland shire stores (kirrawee / caringbah) some early morning 5am shifts needed.**
