We are looking for a part time Brand Manager who will support the development and execution of our Marketing and Brand strategies - 3 days a week.

**Description**:
The Position

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will also support the development and delivery of Bob & Pete’s marketing and brand strategy.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
Brand Development & Activation

Develop and maintain marketing colleterial including but not limited to flyers, catalogues, calendars, website
Develop adhoc or fast tracked POS.

Innovation & Portfolio Management

Conceptualize and deliver project briefs for new products
Work with suppliers and/or bakery to evaluate and determine best R&D and supply options
Assess and improve portfolio performance
Project management from idea to launch including post launch activation

Maintain and Develop Robust Product and Marketing Systems

Maintain website images, descriptions, specification, product hierarchies and general user experience.
Ensure datasets and reporting tool hierarchy and attributes are setup and maintained.

Accountability for B&Ps Promotional & Seasonal Activation

Identify, develop and maintain product and/or offers that drive sales around seasonal events, holidays, celebrations or other key events.

Strong Team Player and active participation in the Senior Management group

Liaise with key departments (Sales, Customer Service, Operations, QA, Logistics and Finance) to ensure results are achieved.

Skills and Experience

Marketing degree or similar
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) as well as design software.
Organisational & time management capabilities with a focus on multitasking and reprioritising
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Positive attitude, proactive and shows initiative and works well under pressure
A can-do, team-focused attitude is essential for success
Strong interpersonal and communication - ability to liaise confidently with customers and suppliers both written and verbal.
Attention to detail - Accurate key entry skills
