An incredible opportunity has come up to join the team at SHEIKE as a Customer Care Agent/ Receptionist. You will act as a central point of contact for managing, responding to, and resolving all in-store and online customer inquiries while also providing support as a receptionist for SHEIKE's office. This dual-focus role emphasises providing exceptional customer service (80%) and supporting front-office reception duties (20%).

**Customer care**
- Act as a point of contact for managing, responding to, and resolving online and in-store customer inquiries via GIORGAS.
- Provide styling advice and assistance to customers, embodying the SHEIKE brand values.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset within the organisation.
- Cross collaborate with other departments to provide key customer metrics and insights.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by going above and beyond for customers and team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and the SHEIKE Customer Journey.
- Work through urgent situations with precision and speed
- Investigate complex incidents resulting in finding appropriate solutions that benefit both the customer and brand
- Handle complex customer issues with speed and professionalism, ensuring accurate resolutions.
- Record customer data and issues efficiently in CRM/support systems.
- support customer experience reporting and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**RECEPTIONIST/ ADMIN**
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a warm and professional front-office presence.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office schedules as required.
- Handle deliveries, mail distribution, and office supplies management.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front office/reception area.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
**A little about you...**
- Experience using GIORGAS highly regarded, but not essential.
- Experience in customer care (preferably in a call centre or retail environment).
- Warm, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in Clavio and Shopify highly advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills**.**
