Urgent - Female Support Worker

We are currently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced female Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to an NDIS participant in Shoalwater, WA.

Please note: Due to the personal care nature of this role, a female support worker is required in accordance with the participant's care preferences and support plan.

Minimum Requirements:

- At least 12 months of paid support work experience
- All current NDIS-required documents, including:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Police Check (National

Duties Will Include:

- Travel/Transport assistance (e.g., taking clients to appointments or community activities)
- Catheter care (experience required)
- Domestic support, such as:

- Light cleaning
- Ironing
- General household tasks
- Shows empathy, patience, and respect for client dignity
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident working independently or as part of a care team
- Has excellent communication skills

Pay: $33.94 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
