**The Role**
Reporting to the Field Services Manager, you will be responsible for to the daily Harvest coordination, ensuring seamless operations to meet both internal and external targets as well as increasing team motivation.
This is a hands-on team leader role, contributing to the overall success of the Harvest operation.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Supervise Truck Drivers/Harvester Operators and machinery maintenance within the area of responsibility
- Staff Training
- Supporting the team and supply chain to optimise performance and achieve targets
- Report accidents and incidents, establish root causes and implement controls and improvements.
- Show initiative to create a proactive, solution focused mindset in the team.
- Participate in cross functional post-season reviews and pre-season planning.
**Profile**
- Leadership experience of small to medium sized teams
- Minimum of Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck Licence
- Mechanical aptitude and machine operations experience
- Great interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety
- Practical OH&S knowledge to lead a best practise safety culture.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
