**About the Centre**

The Boroondara Sports Complex is a large sports centre, housing three outdoor pools include a heated 50 metre lap pool, a shaded program pool, and a dive pool with a five metre dive tower and one and three metre springboards. We run over 60 group fitness classes each week, offer year-round outdoor swimming, host indoor sports competitions in our stadiums, and provide child care services in a safe and engaging environment.

**About the role**

As the Gymnastics Coordinator you will be responsible for the management of the gymnastics program at Boroondara Sports Complex which includes Baby-Gym, Pre-School, Recreational, Gymstar and Aerobic programs, as well as gymnastics birthday parties. You will also manage and lead the Boroondara Sport Complex Gymnastics team of employees in ensuring that the delivery of the programs and services meets agreed standards.

You will lead, inspire, and motivate the team through clear and achievable team goals and support high standards of implementation of Policies and Procedures while also working to increase the number of people attending the gymnastics program, increase gymnastics retention and ensure compliance. You will be required to possess sound knowledge and understanding of gymnastics operations and provide leadership and direction to gymnastics staff.

In this role you may also assist the Manager by working as part of the Manager on Duty roster and a Head Coach where they provide support to customers and staff across the facility and may act as a delegate to the Manager.

This is a permanent full time role with an annual salary of $60,803 -$63,875 per annum + Super (experience dependant).

**Essential Qualifications**
- CPR Certificate
- First Aid certificate
- Gymnastics Australia Intermediate Coaching Qualification, or approved equivalent, or higher.
- Gymnastics Australia Technical Membership
