Mat Pilates Instructor

**State of Soul** is seeking a passionate and confident **Mat Pilates Instructor** to join our growing wellness community in Dingley Village. This is a casual role with regular **Tuesday evening classes**, plus the potential for **additional cover or permanent classes during the week**.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Qualified and insured **Mat Pilates Instructor**:

- Available **Tuesday nights**, with flexibility to **fill in** other weekday classes as needed
- Confident running group classes (mixed-levels)
- Enthusiastic about **promoting your classes via social media** and contributing to our studio’s online presence
- Professional, reliable and community-focused

**What We Offer**:

- **$50 per class** for up to 4 students
- **$3 per additional student** beyond 4, up to 14 students
- Access to our **larger studio space** for high-volume classes
- Opportunity to add a **second weekly class** once you consistently reach 10+ students
- Exposure via our **State of Soul social media** platforms
- Supportive, well-equipped studio environment

**About Us**:
State of Soul is a movement studio located in Dingley Village offering yoga, pilates and community-based wellness events. We pride ourselves on creating a soulful space where instructors feel supported and students feel seen.

**Requirements**:

- Mat Pilates qualification and current insurance
- Confident, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable working independently and building rapport with regular clients

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 1 per week

**Experience**:

- Mat Pilates instructing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Public Liability Insurance policy? (preferred)
- Mat Pilates certification? (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
