**What will you do?**
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Injury and Return to Work Programme in Victoria, including early intervention and injury minimization
- Providing expert injury management advice, education and support to team members and leaders
- Assist in developing, implementing and overseeing the psychosocial risk strategy and key psychosocial risk projects
- Conduct risk assessments and contribute to emergency preparedness and response plans related to psychosocial risks
- Support the development of relevant training programs, education initiatives and awareness campaigns
- Actively promoting the Ryman culture and maintaining relationships with the wider Ryman team through regular visits to Ryman sites and villages

**Who are you?**
- You have proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of Victorian Workers' Compensation legislation and best practice injury management strategies
- You possess strong knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
- You have a genuine interest in psychosocial safety and are passionate about creating healthy and safe workplaces
- You have experience using Solv or similar case management systems
- You value people and kindness and are passionate about delivering results
- You strive for excellence and look for ways to exceed expectations. You can deliver with confidence in a fast-paced environment
- You believe in the value of strong, positive, trusting teams who work together as one You are resilient and can demonstrate composure under pressure
