**Talent Acquisition Advisor**

**Grade 7/8,Temporary 6 month opportunity with the view to extend**

**About this role**

You as the Talent Acquisition Advisor will work in an agile environment with an amazing dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team.

We exciting temporary opportunities for up to 6 months with the possibility of extension or to be made ongoing.

Working together with a centralised talent internal function, this role will see you provide exceptional recruitment advice and client engagement to deliver top talent across a variety of levels and roles.

You will be the first point of contact for hiring managers across your portfolios to help enhance the recruitment & onboarding experience to provide expertise and consultation aswell as troubleshooting weird and wonderful challenges and enquiries.

You are not afraid to be adaptable and hands on in finding proactive and strategic ways to provide advice to deliver a positive and successful recruitment process within your portfolios.
You are big on collaboration and have strong leadership qualities to guide your assistants to ensure follow up of actions and tasks in a high touch environment.

?In this role you will:

- Deliver end to end?talent acquisition services in line with best practice, legislation and Public Service Commission guidelines
- Design creative talent sourcing strategies to meet tight project deadlines
- Coach managers on best practice approaches and talent management strategies

**About you**

To succeed as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will have a unique blend of experience including:

- Sound experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including an understanding of compliance/privacy requirements
- Strong attention to detail, especially in written and verbal communication such as creating strategic recruitment campaigns, job ads and letters of offer
- Experience working autonomously and collaboratively within a team with high volume recruitment needs and ensuring your team has the resources they need to execute a successful recruitment campaign.
- Demonstrated experience in providing recruitment advice within a complex, fast paced environment
- Experience in the optimisation of recruitment processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- The ability to drive key client relationships and support workforce planning initiatives
- Strong relationship management experience with internal and external stakeholders to develop and support the impact of successful recruitment process/projects.
- Knowledge of public sector policy, GSE legislation, guidelines and best practices (Preferred but not essential )
- My Career and SAP experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Experience working in an internal recruitment function in Government and or high-volume recruitment in an agency setting will be beneficial to your success

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at 99,431 base plus superannuation
