**Role Summary**
**Tasks**:
- Receive new equipment into the workshops
- Pack and send parts to vendors
- Pack and send parts to customers
- Goods receipting of parts from internal and external parties
- Stock control
- Management of stores
- Loading/unloading trucks
- Prepare parts for service technicians prior to assembly
We are looking for an enthusiastic person, who is willing to learn, has a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, a team-player who wants to work in a highly motivated environment.
**_Mandatory skills:_**
- Technically minded, able to demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Can-do attitude
- Knowledge and experience in a mechanical workshop, advantageous - power transmission product overhaul.
- Safety conscious with thorough understanding and compliance with work safety standards
- Technical ability to read engineering drawings and workshop measuring equipment
- Ability to manage workload with a results-driven attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Dedicated, reliable, and able to work in a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
**_Desirable skills:_**
- Previous customer service skills
- SAP knowledge
- Process driven
- Ability to mentor TA’s
- High-risk work license, FLT, Dogging, Rigging, work at height, etc. advantageous but training will be given
