**About the role**
- The videographer plays a critical part in bringing PEXA’s stories and that of its customers, employees and partners to life through the creation of compelling video content. Reporting to the Lead Designer in the Group Brand and Product Marketing team, the videographer will be a key contributor to building content that maintains and builds on PEXA’s positive brand reputation in market.

Video content will be required for a number of different customer groups externally - for use on websites, at events, social media, PR campaigns and more. There will also be internal content required to reinforce PEXA’s employee value proposition, internal education, training and support.

The videographer should be a skilled self-starter, able to work collaboratively, effectively plan projects and deliver high quality outputs to timelines. They need to have the ability and experience to engage effectively with senior stakeholders is a must. They need to also understand the business strategy, priorities and brand guidelines.

**What you'll be doing**:

- ** Creative Storytelling**:Capture the essence of our brand, products, and services through compelling visuals.
- ** End-to-End Production**: Handle everything from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
- ** Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to produce top-notch content.
- ** Stay Ahead**: Research and implement the latest video trends and techniques to keep PEXA at the forefront of digital innovation.

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- Proven experience in videography and editing.
- Familiarity with professional cameras, various HD and 4K formats, pre-production processes, audio/lighting equipment, and post-production software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- A keen eye for detail, storytelling, and a passion for creating impactful content.
- Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to travel Melbourne Metro and interstate as required.
