Bellamy’s Gardens is seeking a skilled and motivated **Garden Maintenance Professional with horticulture skills** to join our team. This is a hands-on role with the potential to grow into a **team leadership position**, supporting the development of our expanding maintenance division.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and can maintain high-end residential gardens to an exceptional standard. You’ll work independently on-site with the support of our broader team and have the opportunity to step into a leadership role as the business grows.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform all aspects of garden maintenance including **pruning, hedging, weeding, fertilising**, and general upkeep.
- **Diagnose and treat plant health issues**, including pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Operate tools and machinery such as **hedge trimmers, mowers, brushcutters, and blowers**.
- Safely **tow a trailer** and transport tools, equipment, and garden materials between sites.
- **Lift and carry** soil, mulch, green waste, and other materials as required.
- Work efficiently and professionally in **outdoor conditions**, including hot weather.
- Keep detailed records of each job, including **property notes and care recommendations**.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members and represent Bellamy’s Gardens with pride.
- Provide feedback on site needs, plant health, and improvement opportunities.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in **garden maintenance, horticulture, or landscaping**.
- Confident in **pruning, shaping, fertilising, and plant care** techniques.
- Strong plant knowledge and the ability to **identify issues and recommend treatments**.
- Comfortable using a wide range of garden equipment and tools.
- Physically fit and capable of working independently in all weather conditions.
- **Manual driver’s licence** with experience towing a trailer.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organised.
- Excellent attention to detail and high presentation standards.
- Capable of writing **clear site notes and property reports**.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
