**MotorOne are recruiting a Car Care Consultant to join a dealership based in Hornsby, Northern Sydney**

**About the company**:

**About the role**:
The role of a Car Care Consultant involves selling Aftermarket Vehicle Protection Products to new and used car buyers. You will be liaising with the sales team during your time at the dealership, managing the profit of the car care department, and providing excellent customer care at every opportunity. This role reports to the Dealership Principal and your duties will include
- Promoting the benefits and providing accurate advice of the aftermarket products
- Responding to all aftermarket enquiries
- Maximising sales to achieve set targets and KPI’s
- Maintaining an up-to-date sales log
- Operating cohesively with all departments throughout the dealership
- Providing post-sale customer support

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who
- Has a passion for sales and customer service
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Can work independently and part of a team
- Has a willingness to learn and achieve targets
- Is well presented, highly motivated and reliable
- Is well organised with attention to detail and accuracy
- Has a current Driver’s Licence
- Is available to work Saturdays
