At Haileybury, we are seeking a Publications Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. If you are a creative, detail-oriented professional with a flair for storytelling and a proven ability to manage and execute impactful publications, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will work on world-class publications that shape the narrative of Australia’s largest independent school, across all campuses in Melbourne, Darwin, and our Pangea online school. Reporting to the Brand Manager, this is your chance to bring your expertise to play a key role in our marketing and communications strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create a content marketing plan to support the marketing strategy.
- Create various content outputs including written collateral to support the publications plan.
- Meet and interview stakeholders to create engaging stories.
- Manage the internal and external publications portfolio, including arranging of timelines, developing of content plans, and executing the process for gathering content across all campuses.
- Coordinate the School magazines and support key stakeholders in the development and creation.
- Coordinate with award nominees and project manage external award submissions throughout the year.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders and provide frequent updates.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to coordinate ad hoc work as required.
**About You**
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with:
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing, communications or journalism role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
- A natural ability to tell compelling stories through written content across various platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
- Proven experience managing multiple workflows and prioritising tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to develop and compile marketing reports that demonstrate the success of your publications.
