Summer Clerkship

Our clerkship program will provide you with hands-on experience through having the opportunity to work on a variety of matters. The four-week placement will commence in either November 2024 or February 2025, outside of the study and exam periods. You will be exposed to a variety of practice areas, including Commercial, Litigation, Wills and Estates and Regional.You will gain invaluable knowledge and an understanding of what it’s like to work in a law firm. You will work closely with and be mentored by senior members of the Mellor Olsson team and perform tasks such as conducting research, attending client meetings, assisting with the preparation of legal documents, and attending court to observe. Through working in a full-service law firm, you will gain experience in different areas of law which can help you determine which area of law you may want to work in in the future.
