**Overview**

The Home Based Services at Northern Community Health Service, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Temporary Administration Officer. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our clients and staff by providing essential administrative and clerical services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients of Home Based Services;
- Manage the Community Health switchboard and reception area;
- Perform word processing, data entry, and medical record services accurately and efficiently;
- Assist in scheduling and rostering for the client management system CCCME.

We are looking for someone with:

- Highly developed and effective interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to problem solve and be positive and adapt to change;
- Ability to prioritise workload and perform functions with minimum supervision within a broader team environment;
- ability to be customer focused, committed to quality client services, including problem solving, while maintaining confidentiality.
