Our reason for being is to drive a ‘real food’ revolution, by taking the nutrient-rich gem of goodness that is the spud, and layering on fresh ingredients that deliver a sensory explosion of flavour.
- **After a recent store refurb, we are currently building the team at South Melbourne to bring the SpudBAR vision to life.**_

**What's Involved as a SpudBAR Team Member?**
- Bringing great energy and friendly service to every customer interaction.
- Proudly preparing fresh, quality ingredients.
- Building bowls with consistency and care, as per recipe cards.
- Coolly and calmly hustling to handle fast paced service rushes.
- Proactively keeping the restaurant sparkling clean, tidy and welcoming.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Previous customer-facing or hospitality experience is a bonus. No experience? No worries. We favour attitude over experience, and believe in our ability to train our teams accordingly. With this in mind, we’re keen to meet people who are:

- Enthusiastic, friendly and proactive in delivering great service.
- Passionate about food.
- Team players who enjoy working with others.
- Great communicators who can bring great energy to every shift.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $32.06 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Supplementary Pay:
