Cafe Manager

B'eats on Bay is looking for a passionate Cafe Manager to take over the day to day running of this popular suburban cafe based on Bay Terrace in Wynnum.

**About you**
- LOVE COFFEE
- Experienced in cafe management
- Be able to work under pressure
- Manage Day to Day operation of a busy cafe
- develop and managing rosters
- Have Barista experience
- Ability to work to budgets and targets
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with other staff and members of the public
- friendly nature and positive attitude.
- Understand / maintain food safety practises
- Be **reliable**, **trustworthy** and **honest**

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
