We serve small to medium enterprises with up to $50 million in annual turnover and $30 million in commercial debt. Our clients span a broad range of industries. We prioritize our customers, offering tailored solutions with products such as commercial term loans, cash flow finance, transaction banking, cash flow lending and trade finance.

Join our Chatswood team following an internal promotion. Our close-knit team of circa 12 includes highly experienced Analysts who thrive on coaching and mentoring new starters. **Do Work That Matters**:
This client-focused role aims for top client satisfaction. You will gain exposure to a broad range of business segments and sophisticated Commercial Banking deals, providing research and analysis, and building trust to strengthen client relationships.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Perform financial modelling and analysis to evaluate the risks and opportunities of new lending and to support strategic decision-making.
- Work with relationship executives to understand clients' needs and achieve outstanding results.
- Collaborate with product specialists, generate reports, and monitor performance.

**We are a high-performing team seeking the same qualities in you, specific experience and skills will include**:

- Experience in business banking, writing credit, annual reviews, and reporting.
- Seeking a career boost from a T1 or T2 accounting firm.
- Solid understanding of balance sheets, profit & loss and ideally, loan structuring, and securities.
- Ability to work within a team environment, taking feedback from numerous internal and external stakeholders
- Confident communicator at all levels, accustomed to complex, deadline-driven environments.
- Demonstrable aptitude for learning and genuine interest in a credit analyst role.
- Qualifications in commerce, accounting, or related disciplines, especially those with or working towards a CA or CPA, are strongly encouraged to apply.
