CT Group offer tailored workforce solutions providing short & long term personnel to companies within Building & Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Warehousing and Manufacturing - Blue Collar and White Collar industries. We are looking for experienced Forklift Operators/Labourers for short & long-term roles at Willawong, Salisbury and Acacia Ridge. It is crucial you have a valid Forklift licence and experience. Please note our positions are not just "Forklift Operating"- there will be a requirement that you will also assist in other facets of the business i.e.: manual handling. These will be a physical role, not just driving however Forklift experience is essential **To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria**: - Forklift use: Loading/Unloading, High Reach and Heavy Loads - **Highly regarded**: Picking and packing orders, loading & unloading trucks, dispatch duties & production line - Warehouse / Logistics Experience - Valid Forklift licence and at least 1x years’ experience is essential; - Able to communicate clearly - Have full PPE including Steel Cap Boots, Long sleeve hi-vis shirt, long pants, safety spec and hard hat - Take & follow directions - Able to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions - Be able to commit to **Monday to Friday**: - Motivation is a key factor - some of the positions could lead to more work - Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks - the roles will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling - A high level of physical fitness is required; - Self-managed and reliable; - Own reliable transport; due to locations public transport may not be available - Available for an immediate start.
